If Your Heart Races When You Lie Down, This Is The Real Reason

You’re lying in bed trying to sleep and suddenly it’s boom, boom, boom.

Your adrenaline feels like it’s running when it shouldn’t be. You can’t settle down, you can’t sleep, and you start wondering, “Is this anxiety? What is happening to me?”

Epstein-Barr can stress the adrenals and release different poisons and neurotoxins that trigger adrenaline in spurts, even while you’re lying there trying to rest.

You need to know what’s behind the reaction if you want to know what you’re up against.

Comment NIGHT below and I’ll send you more information on this viral connection, hyperadrenals, and the tools you can use to support your nervous system and move forward.

HOUSTON. CIRCUS RAVE. 🎪

HALLOWEEN WEEKEND SOLD OUT.

Built by the people in these rooms.

Another Halloween weekend we’ll never forget. Every year we see more familiar faces, more new faces, and more people coming together for the same love of music. None of this would be possible without every single one of you who continues to show up and support what we’re building.

And trust us, we’re just getting started. We’ve been working on some of our biggest shows yet, and we’re coming even harder for the rest of 2026 and into 2027.

AUSTIN. HOUSTON. SAN ANTONIO. DALLAS. STAND BY.

📍 Houston gallery is live. Comment and we’ll send the photos straight to your DMs.

Do you like Russian girls? 🇷🇺

melissa’s been alcohol free for 7 years, and the energy speaks for itself. here’s her playbook for every party, wedding and late night out ✨

her take: if you catch yourself scanning the room to see what everyone else is doing, that’s your cue to look inside and ignite your own damn light. drinking or not, be who you are and stop giving an F about the rest.

melissa, kim and nwando are live life with no alcohol, and the only rule here is doing what feels good to you, whether that’s a mocktail, martini or club soda with extra lime 🤌🏼

thank you @brunomars for allowing us the privilege and pleasure to open for you, me and the band were so inspired, to achieve even half of what you have accomplished would be the wildest dream. The Last slide is the summarising feeling. Lots of love, Raye. 🎺🫀♥️🌹
