For our final installment of October's "Apples in Action" highlight series, we are heading to Monroe County to celebrate Gould’s Produce 🍏

Co-owners Russell and Denise Gould personally deliver fresh apples to the Christ Episcopal Church Food Pantry in Stroudsburg, where a grocery-style choice system preserves dignity and minimizes food waste. Their apples also support the “Blessings in a Backpack” program, ensuring kids have fresh food over the weekend.

"Fresh fruits and vegetables are essential to neighbors because they can be so costly in the store," remarks Debby Campbell, the pantry's Co-Director.
