Champions of the Track

Where he goes, the crowd follows.

A once-roomy paddock rail quickly fills when Sovereignty steps inside. The reigning Horse of the Year, dual classic winner, and multiple Grade 1-winning champion knows how to please a crowd, too. He walks through with a confident, magnificent presence, stopping to pose for photos along the way.

With retirement on the horizon, this may be the last time many of his fans have the opportunity to see him at the racetrack, and it's not an opportunity they let pass them by. But before he heads from Keeneland to nearby Jonabell Farm to begin his new life as a stallion, Sovereignty will make one final start in the Breeders' Cup Classic. There will be no shortage of fans cheering his name when he makes his way to the starting gate.
