Legendary actor Patrick Stewart, synonymous for many with “Star Trek” and known for his role in “X-Men” film franchise, has died at 86.
His death was announced in a social media post, and spokesperson Kelly Bush Novak confirmed that the stage great had died after “a brief and poignant journey” with Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy Body Dementia.
