🚨 WEST PALM BEACH, WHAT HAPPENED HERE?! 🚨 Something unusual happened along Military Trail between 10th Avenue and Cresthaven Boulevard. A massive hole or possible ground collapse has locals wondering what exactly happened. Rumors are already circulating about what may have caused it, including speculation about an aircraft, but NOTHING has been confirmed. I put the drone up for just 25 seconds to capture a quick look from a safe distance, zooming in while staying clear of any helicopters or emergency aircraft. 👀 WEST PALM BEACH LOCALS: What have you heard? Did anyone witness what happened? ⚠️ Let's stick to facts until officials release more information. 📍 Military Trail | West Palm Beach, Florida #WestPalmBeach #PalmBeachCounty #SouthFlorida #BreakingNews #FloridaNews LocalNews SkymaticsFLA
Swipe to read more ➡️ Searching for the words right now to put this one out there. I’ll start by saying I don’t know why it took me so long to decide not to race. But I can tell you it is absolutely in my nature to be the toughest, strongest-willed mother F’r on 2 wheels. That makes me stubborn, narrow-minded, & selfishly hopeful. To skip to the end for the current generation that can’t read… I broke my neck & it’s about as stable as my wife is after the news… I have some numbness in one arm; all motor skills are fine, but surgery may be inevitable. The story for anyone who cares… Not sure what came first or if there is any significance at all, but this summer I was tossed over the bars & couldn’t escape the bike. I was pile-driven into the ground headfirst, had a concussion and a sprained neck; results came back with no bone damage. It never really felt 100% again, but most of my body isn’t 100% either, so I did what I do & pushed on. Fast forward to ISDE, it was no longer bothering me too bad, just tight. Day 4, I had a pretty big crash I don’t remember much of, which is odd since time usually slows down on the big ones; the details were faint. I definitely hit my head, but I got back on and kept moving. Afterward, Bill Davis said he heard my bike shut off, and that’s when I ejected. Regardless, I knew I hit my head and had some numbness or shooting pain in my right hand, & my shoulder was feeling pretty jacked. Did what I could to make it through. Still, I was riding with a concussion & not feeling 100%. This is where, as a racer, I knew: no excuses, & damn sure, given my position with second in each series, nobody needs to know I’m not 100%. & I’m not exactly sure why this is racer logic! I was able to mend for a week; no concussion symptoms, felt as good as I could leading into Ironman, just a little nerve pain in my hand that stemmed from my neck. At this point, I knew what I needed to do; I was doing it. At the halfway point of the race, I would have been leading the points walking out of Crawfordsville. You guys know that story… the part untold is that after refueling, I was pushing to get to Jordan. I knew what I needed to do. I finally got close
