The EU’s relations with Canada are entering a new era. Our partnership is built on shared values, common interests and mutual trust. At today’s Montreal Summit, we will deepen our cooperation on security and defence, trade, critical raw materials and digital issues – while bringing our people closer together. Our foreign and security policy ties are already exceptionally close. From the Arctic to the Middle East, from Haiti to Sudan, we work hand in hand with our Canadian partners across the globe. Last year, we reached a major milestone with the signing of our Security and Defence Partnership. Since then, we have made solid progress in putting it into action. As global tensions rise, trusted partners matter more than ever. And having friends you can count on makes all the difference *** Les relations entre l’UE et le Canada entrent dans une nouvelle ère.

A fan-made concept imagining Sydney Sweeney as Chun-Li has sparked conversations about casting for the upcoming live-action Street Fighter movie. However, the role has already been officially given to actress Callina Liang, who will portray the legendary fighter in the 2026 adaptation. The film also features Andrew Koji as Ryu and Noah Centineo as Ken, bringing several of the franchise’s most recognizable characters to the big screen. Liang, who has been a fan of Street Fighter for years, reportedly committed to extensive physical preparation for the role, training in kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Wushu. She also reportedly gained approximately 20 pounds while preparing to portray Chun-Li, a character famous for her powerful kicks, athleticism, and martial arts abilities. With Chun-Li being one of gaming’s most recognizable female characters, fans are particularly interested in seeing how her signature fighting style translates into live action. #StreetFighter #ChunLi #SydneySweeney
