NOT MY TWIN GETTING A 5-STAR WANTED LEVEL OVER CHANEL BAGS 😭👜🚔💀 AND WHY DID SHE STILL TRY TO GRAB THE BAG AFTER GETTING SHOT?! LMAOOOO 😂😂😂 Baby, I really turned my AI twin into a GTA character and directed an entire 30-second mission. THE CAR. THE HEIST. THE POLICE. THE DIALOGUE. THE MISSION FAILED SCREEN. 😭🎮 And here’s where it gets GOOD. 👀 🐐 STORY GOAT is my AI cinematic director that helped me turn this crazy idea into a full video prompt with scenes, camera angles, dialogue, action, and storytelling. 👑 BFAIS VIP is where I’m sharing the FULL behind-the-scenes workflow for this exact video …the prompts, references, setup, and how I put it all together. So whether you want to create your OWN wild AI movies or learn exactly how I made THIS one, I got you. 🎬🔥 Comment STORY 🐐 for STORY GOAT. Comment VIP 👑 for the full GTA workflow inside BFAIS VIP Dropping tonight ! Because at this point, we’re not just creating AI content… WE’RE RUNNING WHOLE PRODUCTION STUDIOS FROM OUR PHONES. 😭🔥
You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔 And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window! There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY! Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role. And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control. For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself. As you can see in the photo above… I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days. But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it. And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that. I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat. I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health. Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable. Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL. I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching. Because what works for one person might not work for another. We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs. So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶 Use the link in bio @mealengine to find out more!
