4 days agoCB this is a masterclass in luxury positioning, not just pricing. Thank you for showing bakers how it's done properly 👏 For my bakers saving this, look at the psychology she used that you are missing: Slide 1: She said INVESTMENT not price. "Your wedding cake investment". Price is cost. Investment is emotion + status. That's why her clients don't haggle. Slide 2: She said STARTING FROM £555 for plain white. Plain. No flowers. No extras. Most of you include 30 handmade sugar flowers, delivery, and a tasting box for £150. She charges extra for everything that takes time. That's profit. Slide 11: She listed WHAT'S INCLUDED. Private consultation, bespoke design, digital sketches, tasting box, liaison with venue/florist, a tree planted in your honour. Read that again. You are not buying cake. You are buying peace, status, and a story to tell. That's why £650-£850 feels cheap. And the most CEO move: 2027 prices. She's sold out for 2026. Scarcity + future pacing = Amex Aunties pay now. Your £150 3-tier isn't affordable. It's just missing the value stack. Saving this carousel + this breakdown = how you go from "How much?" to "When can I pay deposit?" Hope it's okay to add this lens for bakers! ❤️
