Pull day.
Usually I train one group of muscle per day but I want to hit every muscle 2x per week (no arms) so my workout split now is push, pull, legs, rest & repeat. 💪🏽
3 working sets per exercise, 8-12 controlled reps.

Depending on the key design and image quality, someone may be able to reproduce a working copy using the photograph alone. Posting your house keys alongside your home address creates an even bigger security risk, since you’re potentially revealing both where you live and information about how to access the property. Sometimes a harmless celebration of getting your first home can accidentally turn into a security nightmare. 😭🔑
