The tide pushed. A big bronzy came on. And then it was gone. 🦈

Day 7/30 | Day 3 with Pierre and Maximilian

With Luke and Ryan guiding, Pierre and Maximilian opted for a later start today to fish the pushing tide.

The water was flat and clean, but it wasn't an ultra-productive day. They landed a nice leerie (also known as garrick or leerfish). Maximilian is a big guy, so the fish looks smaller in the photo than it really was. It was a decent fish.

They also lost a big bronzy. Unfortunately, that one didn't go their way. That's shore fishing.

Tomorrow, we head back to the spot that produced all of yesterday's action, hoping for another shot at a couple of big bronze whalers. Follow along. 💪
