Краевые власти вынесли на общественное обсуждение законопроект, который предусматривает полный запрет розничной продажи электронных сигарет с 1 марта 2027 года. Ограничения планируют ввести сразу на пять лет.

Под запрет попадут вейпы, pod-системы и жидкости для них, включая безникотиновые.

Но пока инициатива не пользуется особой популярностью. На момент публикации против запрета проголосовали 119 жителей Приморья, поддержали его всего восемь человек.

Обсуждение продлится до 3 ноября. До этого времени жители края и предприниматели могут высказать своё мнение на региональном портале нормативных актов.
