THE SPIN CYCLE. 🧺

Life has a way of putting you through cycles you never planned for. Some things get washed away, some things stay with you, and some things change you for good.

Finding beauty in the mess. Making art out of the everyday. Learning to embrace every version of myself along the way.

Still here. Still creating. Still becoming.

WASH. RINSE. RELEASE. REPEAT. 🖤

“Hard work and education.”

Exclusive footage of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov from 2019, sharing how far his team had come, from struggling to afford food to producing some of the highest-paid fighters in the sport.

“We were 14 of us living in a college dorm. Seven of the guys didn’t have either a mother or a father. There were times when the fridge only had lamb fat, a lemon and a couple of other things.

Now, 6 guys from our gym make $12 million a year together. They help build roads, daycares and gyms, and support the poor here and in Africa. It’s all hard work and education. Nothing was given to us.”
