شما برید تو خیابون که من شاه بشم ، اگه شدم که دستتون درد نکنه ، اگر هم نشدم که شما تلف شدید ، فدای سرم Hello, @Instagram I am a women’s and human rights activist and a comedian advocating for Iranian citizens. I use satirical content, comedy, and dark humor for social commentary. My content is symbolic and non-violent. People who support the regime often report my account for false reasons, either because of words with double meanings or for completely fabricated reasons, even when I have not violated Instagram’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. They are trying to abuse your reporting system and algorithms to restrict accounts and silence my voice. I would be grateful if you could review my account and remove any unjustified restrictions. My content is intended to raise awareness and advocate for human rights through peaceful expression. Thank you for your time and consideration.

今天換個風格，當一天牛仔女孩 🤠🤎 馬廄裡走走、跟馬兒打個招呼，順便拍幾個小片段。 這套穿搭還挺適合這裡的，你們覺得呢？ Cowgirl for a day 🤠🤎 Just wandering around the stables, saying hi to the horses, and filming a few little moments along the way. I think this outfit fits the vibe pretty well. What do you think? #CowgirlStyle #LongLegs #LegsForDays #WesternFashion #ModelLife
You will look much more aesthetic if you reduce all of your pressing movements to just incline press and overhead press. Drop flyes and focus more on lateral raises and rear delts. This will create a much more plate of armour look with dominant shoulders
