It’s the BTS that usually I only share with a handful of people. It’s the thoughts, the doubts, the vision, the knowing and the not knowing of following my passion & I thought I’d bring you along for the ride a little.
What I know right now is that 2027 cannot look that same as 2026 and that my thoughts are growing by the day.

Oh I feel this, and I know all us fit biz owners go through these ‘stuck’ points at times. We’re like caterpillars in a cocoon unfurling and creating the next iteration of ourselves. Beautiful things take time, and I’m the biggest believer that everything comes to us and unfolds in fruition at the very perfect time for us in our own individual business journeys. Thank you for your vulnerability and your share - it makes us all be braver xx
