Join Wendy Douglas for a morning of movement and restoration at The Stables Matakana on Sunday 6 December.
From 9am, Wendy opens with an energetic disco party inside. Dance floor on, inhibitions off. At 10am, she takes you from the decks straight to the yoga mat. No alcohol. No hangover. Just your body, the music and a magical Matakana morning.
Matakana Mobile Sauna will be on site for bookings. Wildly and bēgood. Nutrition is also on the ground with samples and market pricing. Complimentary coffee and tea with every ticket.
