Not every event needs a stage and a spotlight. Sometimes you just need a room that holds the right energy for the work. The Stables can be set up theatre style, boardroom style, or something in between. We’ve hosted presentations, seminars, and training days for teams of all sizes, and our team will make sure the setup is right before anyone walks through the door. Come and see how the space works at our Open Day this Sunday and take an look at dates with our team. FIND OUT MORE: www.stablesmatakana.co.nz/open-day by @stableseventsvenue
Well… this was a first and we’re here for it 🤠✨ Sequin jackets, cowboy hats, and a full-on hoe down out the front of The Stables this morning thanks to the absolute legends, the Razza Dazzlers. They made the most of the Secret Garden and turned a quiet morning into something pretty special (and very fun to watch). Just goes to show… The Stables really can host it all 💃 Got something a little different in mind? Get in touch with our team and let’s make it happen Enquiries@stablesmatakana.co.nz by @stableseventsvenue

And roll over to our website to check them out - tickets for each of these are limited; as you can see, we are not in a field! Grab yours today :) by @stableseventsvenue
Sometimes you need to get the team out of the office and into an inspirational setting! The Stables is 50 minutes from Auckland and a world away from a generic conference room. We’ve hosted business conferences, sales kickoffs, leadership days, and team workshops for companies that wanted more than four walls and a projector screen. Wifi, sound system, flexible layout, great food, and the Matakana countryside on the doorstep. All that plus great team-building activities located in the Country Park. Come and see it at our Open Day this Sunday. If you have an idea in mind, you'll want to lock in your date! by @stableseventsvenue
Mid-week dates are still available for your end of year work function. Keep it casual with a buffet and lawn games, or go all out with a set menu and the full Stables experience. Either way, it’s totally your way! Get in touch and we’ll sort you a date and a quote. (09) 422 4040 | enquiries@stablesmatakana.co.nz by @stableseventsvenue
This is what happens when a company decides to celebrate its people. From a full day conference to canapés in the garden, a seated dinner, and a dance floor to finish the night on, we know how to flip a room and make every part of the day feel intentional. That versatility is what makes The Stables work so well for corporate events. Your team gets the full experience in one venue, without the faff of moving between spaces or venues. If you’re planning your end-of-year function and want to see what we can do, come along to our Open Day this Sunday. Free entry, our team will be there to talk through the options and look at dates with you. by @stableseventsvenue
Some moments deserve to start with a statement. A champagne tower at The Stables sets the tone from the very first glass. Talk to our team about building an event worth remembering. Come and meet @champagnetowers_nz in person at our Open Day this Sunday and see it for yourself. (09) 422 4040 | enquiries@stablesmatakana.co.nz by @stableseventsvenue
Some occasions call for a party! The kind with room for the kids to run around outside, space for the adults to sit and enjoy a drink, and food that impresses. We’ve hosted family reunions, milestone birthdays, and big family celebrations that needed a space as warm as the occasion itself. The Stables delivers that every time. Our Open Day is this Sunday. Come and meet the team and some amazing vendors who can help you make your next event magic! Head over to our website to find out who will be there on the day: www.stablesmatakana.co.nz/open-day by @stableseventsvenue

A great club lunch needs more than just good food. It needs a room that feels right, a team that has it sorted, and a location people want to travel to. The Stables Matakana ticks all three. We’ve hosted Rotary, Lions, and community groups from across the region for lunches that go down well every time. Buffet style, seated, or something in between, we’ll work with you to get the format right. Come and see the space at our Open Day this Sunday. Free entry, no pressure, just a look around and a chat with our team. We hope to see you there! Find out more www.stablesmatakana.co.nz/open-day LINK IN BIO. by @stableseventsvenue
