Very first ferments with the new Spica fermentation crocks I’ll be releasing in November.

This one is mine — the tiniest and wonkiest of its siblings — but I’m excited to show you how big and and gorgeous the others are.

Spica rises tomorrow morning at dawn, here in Montreal. These crocks will be washed under its rays to bring abundance to the home they are kept in.
