Our second journaling series is called ALIGNMENT. 🤍❤️

Sometimes, we get so caught up in how the year has gone that we forget we still have an opportunity to show up for ourselves, especially concerning the goals and intentions we set at the beginning of the year.

This is an invitation to pause, look back at your journey, acknowledge how far you’ve come, recognise what needs to change and begin creating room for what lies ahead.

We have approximately 60 days before we step into a new year. What do you think about dedicating the first 30 of those days to showing up for yourself with truth, intentionality and renewed vigour?

Don’t let the timeline intimidate you. Remember, little deposits made consistently compound over time. That’s the beauty of this journey. You don’t have to do everything at once; you just have to be willing to begin and keep showing up.
