A warning to potential buyers: Think twice before purchasing the realme GT 8 Pro. I've had a terrible experience with its reliability, including a motherboard failure under warranty. The after-sales service has been extremely disappointing, with no satisfactory resolution even after 10 days. I've also lost around 280 GB of data. Very disappointing experience for a phone in this price range. Please think carefully before investing your hard-earned money.

My phone's motherboard has failed while still under warranty, raising serious concerns about the device's reliability and quality. My expected replacement phone, worth approximately ₹79,000, is unavailable, and the coupon offered cannot be fully utilized on another phone without losing the remaining balance. I demand a phone of equivalent value or fair refund/compensation. I should not suffer a financial loss due to a faulty product and an issue beyond my control. Why is Realme 14 Pro Lite MISSING from the ColorOS 17 Schedule?! I just checked the official ColorOS 17 Roll-Out Schedule, and I am shocked and extremely disappointed. You have included all the devices from the 14 series (14 Pro+, 14 Pro, 14 5G) for the December 2026 rollout, but the Realme 14 Pro Lite has been completely ignored! Subject: Missing Liquid Glass Effect and Features After Android 17 Beta Update – Realme 16 Pro+ Dear Realme Support Team, I am using a Realme 16 Pro+ smartphone. When my device was running Android 16, the Liquid Glass effect was available in the notification panel and folders. However, after installing the Android 17 Beta Update (ColorOS 17), the Liquid Glass effect disappeared from the notification panel, and the folders also lost their glass effect. Additionally, several features and smooth animations are missing after this update. I have noticed that these visual effects and animations are available on other Realme devices, but they are missing on my Realme 16 Pro+. Please investigate this issue and let me know whether these features will be restored in the next Beta or Stable Update. I kindly request you to bring back the Liquid Glass effect, folder glass effect, and missing features in the upcoming updates. Thank you for your support.
