I have been waiting for my refund for nearly 3 weeks, and every time I try to reach, customer care service, the team comes with a reply of we are working on it. One of my item is yet to be picked up by a delivery team, I have requested for the pick up 1 week ago, nobody has even bothered to contact me. These maladaptive practices from your end are very poor. Even after mailing so many times, the team doesn’t even bother to even reply back. At least let me know that you are not going to refund my money. This scene has been going on for a month, casting film-stars for your garments are absolutely breathtaking, until the real customers got to know all these malpractices. Never going to order from your page ever again, and won’t recommend others either. Whenever I try to reach out, a system generated text has popped on into my DM, kindly make sure next time some human to be contacting me regarding the issue not some goddam RoBoT
