A girl can want to go to uni and start a business.
She can care about her community and want to move somewhere completely new.
She can change her mind about what she wants to be.
Her ambitions can evolve, take unexpected turns, and grow with her. They don't need to fit neatly into one program, one career path, or someone else's imagined idea of success.
Girls are people, not program outcomes.
Their interests, decisions, and changing aspirations deserve room to breathe

So we ask... when we design opportunities for girls, are we making room for what they actually want?
