Welcome to the next chapter.
There are so many exciting things waiting for you.
Keep an eye out on Friday. ❤️‍🔥

Just 3 ingredients, a crockpot, and a few minutes of prep. The beef cooks low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender, then gets shredded into the most flavorful Japanese BBQ sauce. Serve it over rice with green beans!

1 2lb chuck roast
1 onion
5oz of Japanese bbq sauce (I used @trybachans )

Directions:
Place roast in the crockpot pour in onions and Japanese barbecue sauce, cook on low for 7 to 8 hours!

Save this one for those busy weeknights when you want dinner to make itself!
