What does focus look like when nobody’s filming?
Bar muscle-ups, handstand walks, heavy snatches. The hardest work in this sport happens on a regular weekday, in a regular gym, with a few training partners watching. Athletes give everything in those moments, and most of the time they’re never seen again.
The way I see it, that’s where the real story lives. Not only on the competition floor, but in the sessions that build you for it. The focus, the struggle and the strength that nobody gets to see.
