A story above the rooftops of Andros. Timeless architecture, charming streets, and views that capture the soul of the island. Every rooftop holds a piece of history, every corner a story waiting to be told. **Micra Anglia | Andros** #MicraAnglia #Andros #AndrosIsland #ChoraAndros #TimelessElegance #IslandStories #GreekIslandLife #LuxuryHospitality

I’m a little rusty! But flexibility comes back quite quickly if practiced daily. I now do grandma in the park movements every morning for the fascia and lymphatic system and then mobility drills. I’ll post them for my fans you know where in a different ‘outfit’ for my Self-Care November theme. I’m looking forward to see how I feel in my body after several months cause I know they’re the kind of practices that keep on giving the more you do them. It’s not easy for me to motivate myself everyday so I schedule days off and I waited to find a routine that just felt really good both during and after and that doesn’t feel too long or too draining. On hard days I just skip completely or reduce everything by half so then it’s super quick and easy. What’s your go to kind of workout?

Hello November 🍂✨ This year moved so much faster than I could fathom. Usually the shorter days bring a kind of certain melancholic ache, watching the trees let go of everything they spent all year growing. But this time I understand them a little better. I’ve been letting go too, of old skins, old ways of being, old stories I used to tell myself about who I had to be. The trees don’t grieve their leaves. They just surrender and trust that bare is part of the cycle and that something new is already waiting underneath. #fallaesthetics #fallvibes #fallishere
