A store employee at Phoenix Sky Harbor was so helpful and welcoming, two separate travelers reached out to compliment him.
One traveler mentioned that they flew through Phoenix twice in one week and stopped in both times at AZCentral.com in Terminal 4 for snacks. On both visits, Bruce M., a store associate with airport contractor CASA Unlimited, assisted them and offered “his great attitude, humor, and overall experience.”
A different traveler visited and noted that Bruce was extremely helpful and delightful during checkout, and that his light-hearted interaction helped start their weekend travel plans on a positive note.
