Day 38: Huell Babineaux || Better Call Saul 📞
Huell Babineaux is Saul Goodman's personal bodyguard and fixer in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, a huge man whose sheer size alone makes him intimidating. He rarely says much, but when he does it's usually blunt and honest, often pointing out when something is a bad idea. Despite his quiet nature, he is incredibly skilled as a pickpocket and as muscle, Saul uses him for everything from lifting wallets and planting evidence to just standing behind him to make people nervous.
Underneath that intimidating exterior, Huell is actually laid-back, loyal and surprisingly gentle. He loves food, he hates unnecessary risk, and he sticks by Saul and later Jimmy even when things get dangerous. He is not a cold killer like many other characters in the Breaking Bad world, he is just a professional who does his job, wants to get paid, and wants to go home safe.
