🥬🎉 We Have a #GuessTheFood Winner!🎉🥬

Congratulations to @fashionmama505 for correctly guessing this week’s mystery ingredient: Organic Mustard Greens!🙌

Mustard greens are a leafy green with a bold, peppery flavor and a little kick! They’re delicious sautéed, added to soups and stir-fries, or mixed into your favorite salads. Cooking them helps mellow their sharp flavor while bringing out their savory goodness.

Looking for a tasty way to enjoy them? We’ve got just the recipe!

🍲 Garlicky Sautéed Mustard Greens

Ingredients:
• 1 bunch organic mustard greens, washed and chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ small onion, thinly sliced
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the mustard greens in batches, stirring as they wilt.
4. Cook for 5–8 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
5. Season with salt and pepper, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
6. Top with Parmesan if desired and serve warm!

Enjoy them as a side dish, toss them into pasta, or serve alongside beans and rice for a delicious, veggie-packed meal. 💚
