You might recognize this one! The apple berry granola crisp from my cookbook has been a favourite, so this fall I gave it the full apple treatment. Tender, cinnamony apples tucked under that same crunchy granola topping, and it’s every bit as easy.
It’s perfect for using up a big bag of Ontario apples, and even better warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍨

This is one of my all-time favourites. Dare I say I prefer the crumble over pastry? Of course when I'm eating Andrea's classic apple pie I say the opposite, lol. Too close to call. 😍
