Glass House custom Surfboards

Anybody want a 10' sting? Well, too bad. One of the reasons I've had a hard time this month was because this bozo ordered a super custom board and then as I was finishing it tried to cancel the order. He's seen the board in person, he knows my dad has been having repeated strokes, and falling down...a lot. First off, it's so custom that he had me copy a drag queens fingernails for the art, it's also epoxy. Anyone who's ever worked with epoxy knows how difficult and expensive it is. Literally the day I was finishing it, he tried to reach into my bank account and take a grand away from me. He still owes me 300$ froze one of my operating accounts and thinks he's getting a "refund". Buddy, you don't get to order the most complicated board on earth and then cancel on me. To say I'm frustrated and more importantly blown away at someone trying to pull some ridiculous shit on a small shop is an understatement. There's no refunds here, never has been. Instead of being a man about it I'm wondering if it was HIS fingernails he had me do the paint colors in. You can't treat small businesses like a large corporations and even if it were your request would be voided because it's not even possible.
