Science and exploration came to life at Ozarks earlier this week. On Thursday, the university welcomed nearly 150 students from 20 area high schools to campus for Science Day!

Throughout the day, students got up close with snakes, watched experiments spark to life through fiery demonstrations, built their own miniature ecosystems, explored the world of elephant research, and so much more! They also had the opportunity to connect with Ozarks faculty and staff, learn more about the university admission process, and get a glimpse at college life.

From fascinating experiments to getting their hands dirty with real-world science, students had the chance to experience firsthand that learning at Ozarks goes far beyond the classroom.

Thank you to all of the students, faculty and staff who made this exciting day of discovery possible!
