این افراد برای عضله‌سازی ممکنه به مکمل نیاز داشته باشن!👇🏻

منظورم افراد مبتدی یا حرفه‌ای نیست درواقع هیچ مکملی به‌تنهایی عضله نمیسازه اما بعضی افراد بدون تأمین نیازهای تغذیه‌ایشون نمیتونن به‌خوبی عضله‌سازی کنن. مثلا👇

۱. افراد با دریافت پروتئین ناکافی:
کسانی که با وجود تمرین منظم، پروتئین موردنیازشون رو از رژیم غذایی نمیتونن دریافت نمی‌کنن.

۲. افراد با کالری دریافتی پایین:
کسانی که در فاز افزایش حجم هستن اما به دلیل اشتهای کم یا حجم بالای غذا نمیتونن مازاد کالری موردنیازشون رو تأمین کنن.

۳. افراد گیاه‌خوار و وگان:
افرادی که منابع پروتئینی محدودی مصرف میکنن و ممکنه برای رسیدن به پروتئین کافی یا دریافت آمینواسیدهای ضروری به پروتئین مکمل نیاز داشته باشن.

۴. ورزشکاران با حجم تمرینی بالا:
افرادی که جلسات تمرینی سنگین و پرتعداد دارن و نیاز بیشتری به تأمین انرژی، کربوهیدرات و ریکاوری دارن.

۵. افراد با کمبودهای تغذیه‌ای اثبات‌شده
مثل افرادی که کمبود ویتامین D، آهن یا B12 دارن.

۶. افراد مسن
با افزایش سن، مقاومت آنابولیک بیشتر میشه و حفظ توده عضلانی اهمیت بالاتری پیدا میکنه.

۷. افرادی که محدودیت غذایی یا مشکلات گوارشی دارن
