Jasmine Sea started a GoFundMe to help her and her husband, Antonio, buy a food truck for Spud Daddy’s, their food business in Richmond, Kentucky, before colder weather forces them to pause operations.

Throughout the spring and summer, Antonio has spent hours preparing food and serving their community from a fully equipped pop-up tent. Jasmine says they’ve sold out every time, but their hard work and savings haven’t yet been enough to buy the truck they need to operate through winter.

With plans to stop serving Nov. 9, Jasmine is asking for help to keep the business they’ve built going. “Sometimes, you just need a little help,” she writes.
