А какой рацион на 1000 рублей собрали бы вы? 👀 Ну и без вкусного экспресс-тоника я, конечно, не обошлась. @chillcoffee_rus 🤎☕️
Sometimes, life brings someone into your world who reminds you of someone you’ll never forget❤️ Bonnie and Tina share more than just their beautiful faces and little mannerisms. Both spent their lives being used to breed puppies, never knowing the love, kindness and happiness they deserved. Our time with Tina was heartbreakingly short, but the love she left behind will stay with us forever. And now, in Bonnie, we see so many little pieces of her 🥹 We couldn’t give Tina all the years of happiness she deserved, but we hope we can give Bonnie everything she missed out on. A lifetime of love, safety and happiness. The kind of life they both should have known from the very beginning. Here’s to a beautiful new chapter for Bonnie ❤️
Comment APP for this HOLY GRAIL Tutorial 🔥 Ladies, we need to look BEYOND just ab exercises! If you’re here because you want to change how your midsection looks, that’s absolutely fine and you’re very welcome 😉🙌🏼 but this work goes FAR beyond aesthetics alone. Here, the TheraBand gives your rib cage tactile feedback as you expand with your inhale and move inward and down with your exhale. Your intercostals, the muscles between your ribs, help create that beautiful movement. We’re practicing rib cage mobility, breathing, and muscle coordination TOGETHER, then carrying those skills into strength training and everyday life. Let’s get a pinch nerdy 🤓: 1️⃣ We ALL know breathing is LITERALLY the foundation for your entire system. Your rib cage’s position and mobility influence the mechanics of your breath. Its position relative to your pelvis can also change the length tension relationships of your abs and how they coordinate. 2️⃣ Your diaphragm works WITH your abs and pelvic floor to manage PRESSURE inside your trunk. We NEED it moving well! 3️⃣ That intra-abdominal pressure loads your abdominal wall AND your pelvic floor when you breathe, lift, cough, and exercise. These muscles seriously NEED to coordinate well to meet those demands. It’s a beautiful SYMPHONY and a major part of your midsection aesthetics and total-body strength 💪🏼 #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #ribflare #abexercisesforwomen
