Morning walk along Salem Creek Greenway. Managed to get 4 miles in before heading toward home. The leaves along the drive are definitely at peak. What a beautiful fall we’ve had in the Carolinas and Tennessee.

This is what makes Dubai Design Week an important part of an integrated creative ecosystem through which Dubai continues to strength⁩en its position as a global hub for design and innovation.  Building a thriving creative sector begins not only with celebrating talent, but with investing in it continuously and empowering creatives to turn their ideas into lasting value for society, the economy and the future.

پلو مخلوط ❤️
دو تا پیاز خلالی خرد شده رو داخل روغن تفت می دهیم سپس فیله مرغ خرد شده رو اضافه و بعد از چند دقیقه تفت دادن ادویه (نمک ،فلفل ،زردچوبه و دارچین )میزنیم بعد زعفران دمکرده و هویچ نازک خرد شده رو به مواد اضافه ‌و بعد از چندین دقیقه مغز گردوی خرد شده و کشمش رو هم اضافه (در صورت تمایل فلفل دلمه رنگی خرد شده رو هم اضافه میکنیم )و میزاریم مزه ها باهم ترکیب بشن .
چند دقیقه قبل از آبکش کردن برنج ،عدس پخته شده رو اضافه و آبکش میکنیم .
در ظرف مورد نظر یک لایه برنج ریخته و از مایه گوشتی روش پخش میکنیم و شوید خشک هم روی مایه میریزیم و دوباره برنج و شوید خشک اضافه و میزاریم برنج دم بکشه 🙏🙏🙏
