From design to print to press, students are bringing their creativity to life with Heartshare Designs! 👕✨
As National Disability Employment Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re spotlighting this vocational program, where apparel and other items become a canvas for creativity. Students with autism and other developmental disabilities create branded merchandise while gaining hands-on experience and building real-world, job-readiness skills.
Heartshare Designs is also growing, with plans to connect with outside vendors and expand into personalized merchandise for the wider community.
Every finished piece represents creativity, teamwork, and pride, and while NDEAM may be coming to an end, our commitment to creating pathways to meaningful employment continues year-round. 💙
