Incredible work

once a trojan, always a trojan

from each swim off,

to every pass,

each goal,

the best teammates,

and all my supporters

to every loss,

and each win,

my favorite people,

a familiar place

the past 8 years

water polo has always been more than a sport

🤍🤍

You are saying I might even forget to forget?

We came to run. We stayed for each other.

Strangers at the start line, crew by the finish. High fives at every mile, people waiting on the last runner to come in, and a whole lot of new numbers saved in phones by the end of the day.

That’s what running is really about. Not the pace, not the distance. It’s the people next to you.

Every pace. Every crew. Everybody finishes together.

Where should we run next? Drop your city in the comments below!👇

Focalistic’s live just gave us some of the most hilarious moments ever!! On the live, he confirms that he once dated Dbn Gogo. He also addresses Pabi Cooper as his girl, asking her why she is telling her man what time she’s coming back.

This live was peak entertainment!!
