How ironical of me to not want to be seen….
I work for the camera everyday…and yet when the opportune moment comes…somehow I quiver and shy away….In that moment I have no confidence…no charisma…no aura…all my education betrays me…and there I stand stripped of all my ideas of self….vulnerable and shy….

And then I witness myself being other people…hiding behind the facade of a created persona….I feel so confident and powerful….creativity on it’s edge…I am free and I can flow…

After years I find myself self able enough to write and express something on a public platform….for years I felt blocked…the words just wouldn’t come…the sentence just wouldn’t form…the thought was missing and so was I…maybe with this one…I am allowed to be myself…

To honest expression 🥂

Let’s talk BLOATING (and before we do, if you want the full video where I chat this too, just COMMENT SHA and I’ll DM the link — otherwise keep reading x).

Some bloating is absolutely normal (especially around periods and hormones!). And there’s nothing shameful about our bodies, at any stage, at any time.

But. Buuuut.

Lately my tummy has been SO SORE.
And swollen.
And sour.

For the most part, I just accepted it. I’ve always struggled with bloating. Maybe it’s just, I thought, part of me? Not to mention the insane amount of info, and pseudoscience, and noise. It all felt… overwhelming.

Then I went to @shawellness_spain (hence the whole ‘comment SHA’ thing - again you can watch the longer video there), where I massively adjusted HOW I eat, from stress to the foods involved, and…

My tummy felt amazing.
Inside. INSIDE it felt amazing.
Outside, the bloating disappeared.
Even in the evenings, after a day of solid eating, it wasn’t SWOLLEN.

I genuinely was surprised. I still am, honestly.

But. I’m back to ‘real life’ now.

And my bloating is back too.
Alongside the sometimes sour tummy.

Only now I’m wondering if maybe things could be different.
I’m ready to embark on a journey to figure this out.

And maybe, if you feel like it, you will join me too. So that we heal our guts (and cut through the pseudoscience noise), one lil question at a time.

x

I manifested my soulmate. And then… we broke up.

When Eddie chased me down the street one August night, my life was never the same.

I knew I loved him almost instantly. He was everything I’d ever put on every list I’d ever made about my dream man. (Minus the British accent, lol.)

But here’s what I’ve learned about manifesting love: Attracting the person and being able to receive, sustain, and grow the relationship are two very different things.

And that’s exactly what I teach inside my FREE Manifesting Soulmate Love training. (You’re watching a little piece of it in this reel.)

Because the first time around, Eddie and I didn’t work out.

We weren’t as ready as we thought. He was newly separated. I had some sh*t to heal.

But when he came back into my life six months later? Everything was different.

I’d done real work on myself. I was dating, having fun, and genuinely loving my life. I wasn’t waiting for someone to make me happy. I felt whole and complete within myself.

And from that place, our relationship came together naturally and easily.

The inner and outer work I’d done didn’t just help me manifest the man I wanted. It helped me become someone who could truly receive that love, nurture our bond, and continue growing alongside him.

Because calling in the love is one thing. Being able to fully let it in, and build a beautiful life together, is another.

And today? I know I called in and chose the right man for me. I love the life we’re building and the way our journeys have intertwined.

Every bit of work it took to get here was oh so worth it.

In my free Manifesting Soulmate Love training, I share how to attract an incredible partner, stop the patterns that sabotage your relationships, and become available for the kind of love you actually want.

💬 Comment SOULMATE and I’ll send you the full training. It’s inside the AF app, which is completely free to join.

And if you’re ready to go even deeper?

I share our entire story, from meeting and breaking up to finding our way back to each other, along with the work that changed everything for me, inside Turning Sh*t Into Gold.
