A life on autopilot ends up somewhere you didn’t choose. 🚫

Decide where your hours go before someone else decides for you. Small choices made on purpose add up faster than you think.

What did I miss?😂👵#comedy #funny #jewishcomedy #jewishhumor #lol

I was trying to tell myself it was the OCD, but my brain kept saying: “What if this time is different?”

I wasn’t sure about sharing this. I had an OCD flare-up this weekend, but thankfully, I’m feeling so much better now. I managed to get through it, but when you’re in the midst of it, it can be hard to believe you’ll come out the other side. This is proof that things do get better ❤️

This is a glimpse of what living with OCD can be like for me. I talk about some of the thoughts I get stuck on and how I deal with them in my latest YouTube video.

I really hope it helps you understand yourself a little better and feel less alone if you’ve been going through something similar x

Thank you Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and team for the lovely Diwali evening!

Aye Touqeer, Yunhi Dilon par Huqumat karte ja ❤️❤️🫂
