The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has reportedly found assets worth approximately ₹4.75 crore linked to Yadagiri Rao Nallaguntla, Additional Director of the Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas (MEPMA). The ACB registered a disproportionate assets case against the officer over allegations that he acquired wealth beyond his known sources of income through corrupt practices during his service. On November 3, ACB teams conducted searches at 10 locations, including his residence, office, bank lockers and properties linked to his relatives, associates and suspected benamidars. During the searches, officials identified 12 open plots in Hyderabad and Suryapet, valued at ₹58.63 lakh, along with two residential flats in Uppal worth ₹31.36 lakh. The officials also found a G+3 residential building with a penthouse in Uppal, valued at around ₹2 crore, a house in Suryapet worth ₹4.75 lakh and a commercial shop in Uppal valued at ₹1.06 lakh. Apart from properties, the ACB identified gold ornaments weighing around 1.79 kg, valued at ₹33.82 lakh, and approximately 3 kg of silver worth ₹1.80 lakh. The list of assets also includes two cars, including a Toyota Fortuner, valued at ₹73 lakh, three two-wheelers worth ₹2.80 lakh, household items worth ₹29.08 lakh and electronic gadgets valued at ₹7.01 lakh. Bank balances of approximately ₹32.30 lakh were also found across various accounts. According to the ACB, the total value of the assets identified so far stands at ₹4,75,61,171. Officials believe the actual market value of the properties could be significantly higher. Further verification of assets is underway, and the case remains under investigation. Caleb Williams made his mark at USC as one of the most talented quarterbacks in college football, winning the 2022 Heisman Trophy after throwing for 4,537 yards and 42 touchdowns. After transferring from Oklahoma, Williams quickly became the face of the Trojans program under Lincoln Riley, bringing an explosive playmaking ability that made him one of the most difficult quarterbacks in the country to defend. Despite his individual success, USC struggled to reach its ultimate goals, and Williams experienced several heartbreaking losses during his two seasons in Los Angeles. One of the most memorable moments came on November 4, 2023, after USC suffered a 52-42 loss to Washington. Following the game, Williams climbed into the stands, found his mother and broke down crying in her arms as she comforted him. The video quickly went viral, sparking conversations about athletes showing emotion and whether professional players should be comfortable expressing their feelings publicly. Williams later explained that he had been holding everything in until he reached his mother, and said he wasn’t ashamed of showing how much the game meant to him. Rather than viewing it as a weakness, he hoped the moment would encourage others to be more open about their emotions.
