I’m not retired yet, but I also tried to see if my car insurance company would give me a better rate but they said they don’t do that, so after 30 years with them I switched and saved almost $1,000 for the same coverage through AARP.

Home owners and auto ins is one of my highest annual bills. I’m a Sr with perfect record means nothing to ins companies. They don’t care if you move on even after a year, trust me I’ve done my homework.
