November 1st and the tree is UP! 🎄✨

Apparently, I won a night with Santa… because Daddy threw his hat across the room after successfully topping the tree with the star. 😂

And just like that, Christmas mode is activated.

Anyone else decorating early, or are we still pretending it’s too soon? 🎅🏼❤️

Think of it like a budget. Your body has a certain amount of stress it can tolerate and recover from at any given time, and that budget isn’t always obvious.

Every climbing session, every workout, every rehab exercise, and every other activity makes a withdrawal.

And you don’t get to pretend something doesn’t count just because it wasn’t part of the plan.

History in the making! 👏🏾🇺🇸 For the first time in U.S. history, five Black governors are set to serve at the same time!

Keisha Lance Bottoms (Georgia), Byron Donalds (Florida), Wes Moore (Maryland), David Crowley (Wisconsin), and Aaron Ford (Nevada) are all set to hold office simultaneously in 2027.

Now, we know we may not all be happy about one of the names on this list 👀, but that doesn’t change the fact that this is a historic moment!

#Clique, how are we feeling about this one?
