What a week! 🚀
On Tuesday, I had the opportunity to speak at the @square × @colorintech event in London, joining a brilliant panel to discuss how AI can help small businesses work smarter, improve productivity and grow.
One of the biggest messages I shared was simple: “Start with the problem, not the AI tool.”
With so many AI tools emerging every day, it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of what technology can do without first understanding what actually needs solving.
As the founder of @usedebly this is something I think about constantly. Technology should make people’s lives easier, not introduce complexity for the sake of innovation.
What made the event even more special was the conversations afterwards. I met some incredible founders, received encouraging feedback and connected with two businesses interested in bringing Debly into their operations.
That’s the kind of impact that makes these opportunities meaningful.
