🧘🏻‍♀️Happy International Yoga Day!

Today I give thanks for the profound healing yoga has gifted to my life.

💞Yoga has taught me the practice of self-love. 💞

✨It is a path home to the soul; a remembrance of our essence beyond conditioned patterns or societal expectations.✨

In the stillness within the movement, I feel a deep connection to Source, to nature, and to myself. All becomes one.

💜Mind, Body and Spirit in divine alignment. 💜

And as we awaken to the light within ourselves, we recognize the light within others, finding peace and acceptance with all that is present.

🙏Namaste

🧡Every woman is a Goddess.🧡

We nurture and care for others.
We heal and hold space.
We create beauty, art and life.
We flow with with the waters of emotion with strength, ease and grace.
We are warriors of justice through peace, patience, and communication.
We are empathetic and intuitive.

We are also beautifully SENSUAL.

Sensuality is simply the act of being fully present with our physical senses.

It is a natural state of being. Something to embrace, not shame.

Our society has conditioned us to believe that sensuality is somehow in tension with spirituality.

As women, we have been taught to believe that being sensual:

🤭is slutty;
😔in contradiction to feminism, intellectualism, or spirituality;
🤔is only possible to be if you fit the 'perfect' body dictated by the media; or
😠is somehow an invitation to be treated with disrespect by men.

Like with anything in life, the intention is what matters.

When you embrace your sensuality as a natural expression of love for yourself, allowing yourself to feel your body as you desire to in your truth, then you empower and embody the sacred divine feminine.

🧡The female pelvis is sacred - it is literally the source from where all life flows.

Our ability to embrace our divine feminine sensuality can be blocked by:

🧡not feeling supported
🧡 fear to love and trust in relationships
🧡inability to fully love yourself; and
🧡holding onto past traumas.

🧡Healing the sacral energy center of the womb allows us to know that WE, AS WOMEN, ARE SENSUALITY, in addition to the many aspects of our being.

🙏I pray that all women can see, feel and proudly embrace their innate sensuality.
