Happy Halloween! by @artofpresence

We were born to create.

Creating to commune with the Spirit of Creation - and because it just feels so damn good!

The arts can help us return to flow states when we feel stuck. The ability of the expressive arts to lift our mood is biologically hardwired into us through ancient emotion and reward networks of the body and brain. The body knows art is medicine.

Feeling a lot of inspiration move through me as I connect to my paternal ancestral lands of Morocco. There is so much beauty infused into everything here - art as prayer infused into every cell of my being. I feel a part of me coming home. Grateful 🙏

DAY SEVEN | THE ART OF SACRED CONNECTION 🌿✨

Day Seven invited us to soften, listen, move, create and simply be present.

Hosted by Somatic Artist @artofpresence of Art of Presence, now in her third year as an EmpowerHer Guide and in our Tribe of Donors. Our girls were guided through a beautiful wellness experience rooted in The Art of Sacred Connection.

Through nature, breath, movement, sound and expressive arts, Natalia encouraged the girls to explore the wisdom of the body, trust their intuition and become more aware of where they place their attention and energy.

It was a day of noticing — the subtle, the natural, the intuitive — while making space for emotional balance, authentic expression and deeper connection to self. 🌿

Our heartfelt gratitude to Royal St. Kitts Hotel for graciously hosting Girls Illuminated and taking such wonderful care of our girls throughout the day. Creating meaningful experiences like these is made even more special when we are welcomed into spaces that support and value the work we are doing. by @artofpresence

The same Creation code that exists within nature exists within you. May we remember and honour our true nature.

One morning in Bali, I woke up with so much tension in my body.

I had recently posted about psychic awareness being the natural state of being, and my body was needing to purge residual fear from my system - from my field - from my blood, for speaking truth that didn’t feel safe previously; that didn’t feel safe for the women who came before me and carried within me.

I felt my spirit call me to dance with the rising sun.
To honor the women of my blood line through my dance.
To honor the little girl within me that was always sensitive.
To honor the pain I carried for suppressing my fullness.
After this, I wept. No forcing. Just what naturally moves when we move. It was liberating, healing, and expanding. Tension released. Spaced opened.

May you let what wants to move through be expressed freely and in loving safety.

Let it be.
Less noise. More feeling.
Less doubt. More believing.
Less push. More being.
Less force. More receiving.

Life wants to bloom through us;
Life wants to create through us;

Let it be that simple.
Let yourself be the vessel.

Let the human instrument play.

Tune Intuit. 🕊️ The Seer lives within us.
Within me. Within you. Within our children.
The capacity to see a more united, harmonious and peaceful global community beyond the distortions, wounds, and illusions that divide and separate us.

The Seer is not something to seek or resist;
Just a natural state of existence to allow.

Through communion,
communication opens.

Through sacred devotion, and embodied presence,
we remember to listen.

Claim your gifts. Claim your power.
Claim the fierceness of your intuitive knowing.
Remember why you came.

🙏🫶🏽

Part 1 of my recent silk fan flow.

I continue to explore the modalities that allow for deeper attunement to the senses, embodied presence, and spontaneous intuitive expression. Because when we let the body lead, we build trust in its inherent wisdom, emotional energy transmutes, and the intuition speaks with clarity.

On this Mother’s Day, I send my prayer out to all mothers that you honour the spaces, practices and rituals that keep your spirit alive - because you deserve to receive as much as you give 🙏💞
