The Road to the Polls: October 2026 🗳️ Part 2

If there is one thing I have believed throughout my entire career in public service, it is that democracy works best when PEOPLE participate.

So this October, I made it my mission to meet people wherever they were.

I’ve spoken at town halls, rallies, candidate forums, community events, schools, fundraisers, expos, and restaurants. I’ve talked about the importance of voting in churches and even nightclubs. I’ve knocked on doors, made calls, taken people to the polls and worked alongside some incredible people to organize and energize voters of every age and from every walk of life.

From first-time voters to seasoned voters, young people to seniors, Democrats, Republicans and Independents, my message has remained the same: YOUR VOICE MATTERS.

And South Carolina, look at what we’ve already done!

We have officially broken the record for early voting in the midterm election. That tells me people are paying attention. People are engaged. And people understand just how powerful their vote can be.

But we are NOT finished.

If you have not voted: Tuesday, November 3 is your day!

Find your polling place. Make your plan. Bring your ID. Check on your family members, friends, coworkers and neighbors. Offer someone a ride. Send the group text. Make the phone call. And when you head to the polls, bring somebody with you.

I’ve spent October traveling the road to the polls with so many of you. On Tuesday, it’s time for us to cross the finish line together.

South Carolina, we’ve already made history. Now let’s make some more.

I’ll see you at the polls!
