Spiritual awakenings are rarely ever only about love, light and incense. Most times it comes with emotions of hurt, pain, anger, sadness and learning to let go. Feeling these emotions are not evidence that we are loosing ourselves. They can be tools to guide us to break patterns, old habits and purge. What if our anger is the tool required to return to ourselves ?
