🍂 Hello, November.
New month, same chronic illness. Different expectations.
As the days get shorter, the temperatures drop and the festive season starts creeping closer, here’s a little reminder from InverEndo.
You don’t have to enter every new month with a fresh set of goals, a productivity plan or the pressure to become a better version of yourself.
When you’re living with endometriosis, adenomyosis or another chronic condition, sometimes getting through the week is an achievement in itself.
November doesn’t have to be about doing more.
🍁 Rest without feeling guilty.
🍁 Make plans, but allow yourself flexibility.
🍁 Enjoy the little things, even when life feels difficult.
🍁 Set boundaries around your time and energy.
🍁 Remember that progress isn’t always linear.
And most importantly, don’t measure your worth by how much you manage to accomplish.
Here’s to a November with a little less pressure, a little more understanding and plenty of cosy moments. 🤎
What is one thing you’re looking forward to this month?
