Our members often joke about us “killing them off” during sessions…
But Coach Jorge (aka Death ☠️) took things a little too literally this Halloween! 😂
Safe to say, there were no survivors... 🪦
Well done to 5.30pm Crew on Friday who were the champions of the 'Devils Death' Finisher which we did in sessions across the day 🔥
And a HUGE shoutout to everyone who rocked up in fancy dress the last few days, it really did put a smile on our faces seeing you all in your crazy costumes .. same again at Christmas yeah? 😉
