Frimpong, a 10th grader at Dreamyard Preparatory School who moved from Ghana to the Bronx about a year ago to live with his father, was sh0t in the abdomen near Crotona Park around 9 a.m. and later pronounced dยฃad at St. Barnabas Hospital. โ€œThe mยฅrder of a child is a pain no parent should have to endure, let alone from thousands of miles away. Javits Frimpongโ€™s mother deserves to say goodbye to her son in person. I just got off the phone with President Trump and he has agreed to grant her visa immediately,โ€ Mamdani said. Police are still investigating and searching for three teenage suspects. No arrests have been made yet.
