This page is something I never wanted to be about me. I wanted it to be about you. I wanted to use the knowledge I’ve gained, the experiences I’ve been through, the women’s successes that I have witnessed, and the tools I have to give you…FOR YOU. While I am SO incredibly grateful for the opportunity this platform has given me….to be able to reach women that I never would have come into contact with otherwise… I also acknowledge that I never strived for this kind of visibility. My work involves women’s health, the body, breathing mechanics, and overall strength training…and I love to give visual cues that help women connect better within movement. And in all honesty, I want to bridge the gap on how to teach this well without showing…so much of me, here. I don’t have that part fully figured out yet. I can know full well my intentions for the movement cues and visuals that I give, but unfortunately that doesn’t dictate how someone else receives it. And young girls are at the center of that. My daughter often prays “please help mama get her women stronger”😭 and my prayer is that she always knows that’s my goal in my work. And more than just physical. But in mind, body, and soul. I am not on social media to “do social media.” I said last year that if this page ever reached a million, I’d ghost it. And I meant it…at the time. But I feel like my work is just getting started. And as much as I considered ✌️ing out, if it ever grew this much…This space is a vehicle that has allowed me to meet women from all over the world. To serve them on a much deeper level inside my programs. And that is the mission the Lord has given me. To serve women. To encourage, support, and empower them. And I will continue this work as long as He keeps putting it on my heart. I’m not a “curated” kinda gal. But if things start looking a bit different over here, it DEF aint cause I’m moming any less or have it all together. I’m simply protecting our peace, creating the best experience for women in my programs, and building something I will be proud of a decade from now. I’m a woman on a mission for women. And all glory to God for every woman I’ve had the honor of serving.🙌🏼

After months of research and hard work, we’ve managed to recreate one of the château’s original historic wallpapers, which we’ll soon be bringing to life in several different colourways! This is just the beginning there is so much to come✨🙌🏻 Nous sommes très heureux de partager notre première collaboration de papier peint avec l’équipe d’artisans de @sublis.fr ! Après des mois de recherche et de travail nous avons réussi à recréer un papier peint historique du château que nous allons décliner en plusieurs couleurs. THANK YOU, BILL: They’re running the marathon for Bill Ritter. Mike Marza and Liz Cho sat down with Bill to explain how his decision to share his Alzheimer’s diagnosis has inspired their run on Sunday.
Are weddings becoming a waste of money? 💍 Tom, Vanessa and Siân debate whether getting married is really worth the expense!
